Tutorial Building is in front of Gandhi Hall. This triple Storeged building is an another important structure in the college compound, which houses the staff room of various departments of morning and noon college, and it has a number of lecture rooms.

There are 16 Lecture rooms on the ground floor.

This first floor houses the Department of Hindi, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Sociology, Mathamatics, Urdu-persian, Pilotical Science, Economics and history other than these Room no X20 and X29 are used as sttafrooms by Gujarat College and two other rooms are allotted to the Dept. Of English.

The Dept. of Statistics and Psychology are on the Second floor of the tutorial building. The Dept. of Psychology has its lab on this Floor along with four Lecture rooms.
